The only minor issue I encountered was the location, as it was a bit far from the city center and tourist attractions. the hotel provided transportation services to visit local destinations, mitigating this inconvenience.

Great value for money during Christmas holidays with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient location for visiting the high, speed train station and exploring the city center.

The noise level in the rooms was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the process for checking in and out of the hotel could be quite chaotic and time, consuming, which was frustrating at times.

Visited during New Year, great festive decoration and friendly staff. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Convenient location close to a subway station and within easy reach of the train station. WiFi was free and with a good signal. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with various options.

Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the city while relaxing in the indoor swimming pool.

The choice of coffee is limited and needs to be purchased from nearby McDonald's.

The hotel location was perfect for my needs, being close to the high speed train station and the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during busy breakfast times. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.
